Stayed for 2 nights in this modern and nice little place, really enjoyed that. I booked a family room, it was nice styled and had a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark. There were convenience stores and shops around the hotel: D

The breakfast experience could have been better if there was more prompt service at the partnered cafe, as we had to wait for a considerable amount of time before being served.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Boutique Rato 10. The room was clean, stylish, and spacious with all brand new amenities. I loved the rooftop pool, especially the superb sea view from the terrace. The personnel were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Avenue 1 where all the shops and restaurants are, and the beach was also within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with an OXXO right in front and walking distance to everything, including Mamitas Beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and two additional twin beds. The staff was incredibly friendly and trustworthy, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even left money for the cleaning staff, and they didn't take it until we chased them down to tip them. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back to the Koox.
